I go over the initial belief that I only had a marketing problem. I describe the cycle of filling my schedule through marketing efforts but then getting too busy to continue marketing, resulting in inconsistent patient flow. However, I encountered a more significant issue: the challenge of hiring and managing staff as the clinic grew.
