You need to clean it up. I like to help my patients clean up their incision! Not only does it LOOK better … it helps patients to FEEL better. And it actually helps them MOVE better because it doesn’t hurt so much.

Here’s a clip of some of what I do to clean up an incision and make sure the wound is completely closed.

Every year we say "WOW! I can't believe we are in XYZ month already! This year is moving fast!"

This year is no different. If you are waiting to get that job or waiting for things to get "better", I promise you will keep waiting because nothing changes unless you take action. Take control of your life….and take some actionable steps to improve your life. I don't care what that is. Just do one thing and then another thing.

That one thing may be to join Hand Therapy Mentorship.

This month in April, we are going to lecture on wound care and complex cases. We are going to build on what we discussed with hand fractures in March. I'm all about helping you think through cases so that you can become a critical thinker, problem-solver, and decision-maker. The end goal is to develop your skill and grow your confidence with any patient that comes your way.
